Eating consists of so much more than the act of putting food into our bodies. What we choose to reach for can be influenced by specific cravings, the situation we’re in, or our current weight, health, and fitness goals. How we feel after a meal, the amount of time it takes to recover after a workout, our ability to fight disease, and our daily energy level are just a few things directly correlated with what we choose to eat.

I believe that once we can decipher our thoughts and cravings and provide our bodies with what they truly need, we can feel balanced and empowered. After unraveling what it is that we need, eating becomes both enjoyable and effective. My job and passion is to really help you understand this process and assist you in fulfilling it through consulting, teaching, or private chef services. I provide in-home services to clients in the Los Angeles area and via Skype worldwide.

PLANT-BASED COOKING CLASSES

Cooking classes are available for parties, corporations, individuals or teams*. You provide the kitchen and I’ll take care of the rest. By the end of each class we’ll have created a 3-course plant-based meal that you’ll be able to replicate in your own home and you’ll walk away with a full, satisfied belly. Choose from preset menus or customize it to your tastes. Libations welcome!
