Who doesn’t love a little cookie action?!

These guys are raw (raw cookie dough, yes please!) and taste just like an oatmeal raisin cookie! FO REALS! Using unprocessed sugars (like dates or maple syrup) gives your body nutrients (dates = potassium) and also keeps your stomach from becoming too acidic. Sugar cravings are LEGIT! They are there for a reason. Your body needs sugar to survive. Learning to satisfy those cravings and fulfill your body with what it is asking for via a healthier route is key.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Bites

1/2 c almond meal
1/2 c raisins

Add 1.5 cup whole rolled oats (save the other 1/4 cup for later), dates, sea salt, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and almond meal to a food processor.
