INGREDIENTS

1 c almond milk (or alt. milk of choice)
1 green apple – cored
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 banana (frozen)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground flax
1/2 c baby kale leaves
1 Tbsp raw almond butter (or alt. nut butter)
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 date – pitted
1 Tbsp hemp protein/seeds (optional)
pinch of coarse sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
