1 medjool date – pitted
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground flax
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 carrots – cut into small chunks
1/2 banana
1 Tbsp raisins
1 Tbsp hemp protein
