INGREDIENTS

1.25 c unsweetened almond milk (or alt. milk of choice)
1/4 c whole rolled oats
1 medjool date – pitted
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground flax
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 carrots – cut into small chunks
1/2 banana
1 Tbsp raisins
1 Tbsp hemp protein
pinch of coarse sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. Drink cake.

NOTES

-I recommend blending this for twice as long as you would normally blend any other smoothie. The carrots take a little longer to break down.
-Add some raw spinach to bump up the iron in this bad boy. WARNING: It will turn the smoothie a beautiful shade of brown.
